The Valentré medieval bridge, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the most famous sights in Cahors. Take the time to cross it on foot, and its enigmatic legend might just be revealed to you...
When you come to the Lot, make a stop at the Pech Merle cave. More real than life, the cave is authentic and will send you 25,000 years back in time. Your children will be dazzled by its 70 animal and human figures, its kilometre of galleries, its 7 rooms of mineral concretions and other prehistoric paintings.
Round off your tour of the Lot region with a visit to the Padirac chasm. The largest chasm in France and undoubtedly the most fascinating in Europe, the visit extends no less than 103 metres underground. You can take a boat trip on the underground river. A timeless experience guaranteed!
