A hiking vacation
Around Castelwood, we discovered multiple hiking trails, combining outdoor nature, fortified towns, forests or waterways. We will be able to guide you according to your desires and your possibilities. It will be with pleasure that we will share with you our enthusiasm for nature, fauna and flora.
You will find in the common room a special “hiking” binder which will give you a turnkey route!
Hiking trails around the estate
You'll find hiking trails at the foot of your rental property or just a few kilometers away, and we know of many more: the region is full of surprises! We'd be delighted to tell you about them. We've also devised a program to help you discover a new area every day: an average of 18 kms of walking each day, with low gradients and moderate effort.
A village of gites, a swimming pool in the center
The swimming pool is accessible to all lodge tenants. This way, you maintain your independence while meeting up with other villagers at the water’s edge. Deckchairs and parasols promise you great moments of relaxation.
"What if coming to Castelwood wasn't just about renting a chalet or safari tent in the middle of nowhere?
What if you really met nature?
That's what we're proposing, with a stay based around hiking."
