The advantages of an original company seminar
A change of location often means a change of mindset.
If you want to bring your teams back together and discover yourself in a different way, nature is the perfect place. Far from the usual places to go out, bars, nightclubs or supermarkets, surrounded by birds or squirrels, your staff will be able to talk to each other better.
Choosing a secluded spot also means that when you leave the meeting, you can put on your walking shoes and go hiking together.
It means lighting up barbecues to share a convivial moment, a far cry from the canteen.
It's also about sharing more than just a meal or a weekend: it's about sharing an experience.
Organising your company seminar
Castelwood has everything you need to organise your seminar. One room can accommodate meetings of up to thirty people. You can also take your meals here, which can be delivered by a caterer; in fact, a kitchen adjoining the room is available.
In terms of accommodation, our gîte village comprises 15 chalets that can sleep up to 60 people in all, a superior cabin for 4 people and 3 safari tents for a further 12 people.
Each cottage has two bedrooms, providing privacy for everyone.
